Your satisfaction is one of my highest goals. I carefully prepare and pack each order. However, if your item arrives damaged or dented, please contact me within 14 days of arrival and I will provide return shipping instructions and will repair or replace it, free of charge.

Since each order in my shop is custom made especially for you (by size or design), refunds will not be granted. If anything is not to your satisfaction, please contact me and we will work together to provide you with the best solution.

I accept all sorts of payment: PayPal , credit cards (through PayPal) - there’s no need for a PayPal account.
I also accept bank transfer and money order.

All my jewelry are shipped via insured express mail worldwide, packed in an elegant jewelry box.

My default delivery system is expedited DHL or TNT.

Tracking code for your shipment will be sent to your email address as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

Listed ship times are only estimates and not guaranteed, all highly depended on postal services / local customs. Also. If shipping is done to your workspace, hotel or any other public location - Although I will do my best to assist I cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.

NOTE: According to Etsy's policy, buyers are responsible for all charges that are applied in their country when they are ordering from abroad. This includes VAT, customs, import taxes etc.

To clean the jewelry - immerse in lukewarm water with a little soap dish for 5-10 min. After that brush lightly with a soft toothbrush. Repeat every several months as needed.

Since every piece of jewelry is handmade to order, it takes up to 21 working days to make it (usually its ready sooner).
